Guidance to help participants understand, organize, and manage their NDIS plans. Our coordinators connect individuals to the right services, advocate on their behalf, and ensure goals are being met.
Therapy
Access to allied health professionals like occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physiotherapists who support functional improvement and quality of life through targeted intervention and care.
Mentoring
One-on-one peer or youth mentoring that empowers individuals to build confidence, set goals, and develop socially and emotionally. Our mentors provide encouragement, direction, and relatable support.
